There really is nothing like something handmade. You can feel the life in the piece, and having it in your home can add such joy. I will always will pick up any vintage Mexican ceramics, the artistry of the painting is always so delicate and beautiful, as is their mastery of color. This small ceramic bowl is no exception. From my research, it seems to made in the 1920’s and is from Oaxaca. There is a small chip in the paint on the near the flower painting, and then another chip on the underside of the bowl. Both can be seen in the photos.
The bowl measures 6.5 inches across.
