Rare 1930’s/1940’s 100% wool collegiate varsity letterman sweater. Thick and durable, this heavy black wool sweater features suede elbow patches, a boatneck, and a blue/grey integrated intarsia knit “H” - possibly for Harvard University?
This relic is a dream, having been well cared for over many decades. This sweater has visible wear with some areas having been mended (see detail photos).
