Absolutely adorable 1950s unlined cotton voile sundress in great original condition. The shape is typical of the era with a straight cut neckline, fitted bodice, cinched waistline, adjustable straps (see detail photos), and a back zipper closure. The fitted bodice is accented by tailored darts along the bust-line and either side of the front of the waistline. The cinched in waistline sets off the box pleats along the top of the skirt line, which radiate in soft pleats along the length of the near full circle cut skirt.
It looks great with or without petticoats underneath (photographed without petticoat; petticoat not included). The bright & beautiful floral print shows bunches of orange and yellow roses on a white background. Take her out in the sun, to a party, or a picnic!
